Jay Christianson

I live in Pagosa Springs, where I serve on the Archuleta County Planning Commission, volunteer in search and rescue, and coach the freeride team at Wolf Creek.

Most of my adult life has been work where preparation decides how the day goes: making wine in Palisade, leading a volunteer search and rescue team in El Paso County, and building companies that train people for the backcountry. My wife and I moved to Pagosa Springs in 2025, and this is home.
